Description
Admitted Students - We are excited to welcome you to Kuyper this fall! Kuyper invites you to Summer Orientation to prepare for the 2026 academic year. Choose one of the REQUIRED dates to attend.
Here's what you can expect from Summer Orientation:
- Register for classes
- Get to know your fellow students
- Get ready for your KuyperWorks job
- Get access to the classroom learning platform
- Get important housing information
Your parent/guardian(s) are strongly encouraged to attend to learn more about financial aid, student development, and academic expectations. This day is for parents and students only, so please make prior arrangements for siblings, kids, etc.
Before attending, you must pay your $100 deposit. For help, please contact your admissions counselor. You will receive more information regarding what to bring with you after registering. See you there!

Questions & Answers
- Where do I go for Orientation?
When you arrive on campus, please make a left turn towards the lower parking lot. You may park in any parking space and enter the Athletic/Student Development building doors. Look for the big Cougar in the window, and signs for Orientation. We will greet you from there!
- I'm a Student. What should I bring?
In order to complete the activities required for orientation, students must bring the following:
- Computer
- Passport OR both a Driver's License/ID and S.S. Card
- Health History*
- Immunization Record
- Emergency Contact
- Signed Award Letter
- Transfer/Dual Enrolled Students: Transcript
*General knowledge needed. Forms will be completed at Orientation.
- I'm a Parent/Guardian, what should I bring?
As a parent, you are not required to bring anything. However, please come with any questions you may have, and be ready to participate!
- Can my sibling(s) come with me?
This day is for parents/guardians and students only, so please make prior arrangements for siblings, kids, etc.
- I'm coming from out of town and need somewhere to stay. What's nearby?
Just up the street from Kuyper, you can stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton. There are also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area!
